# AI Hiring Software: working brief

A one-page brief for choosing AI hiring software. Fill it in before you compare anything.

## The job

- What should the agent do?
- What does it read?
- What may it change or send?
- Who approves it?

## The candidates

| Name | Maker's page | Read on | Address or install | Sign-in | Price |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| | | | | | |

## The first run

- One job, one week, approvals on.
- Budget for the week:
- What a good result looks like:

### Decide who decides

Write down which steps the agent may take alone, such as sorting and emailing, and which wait for a person, such as turning someone down or hiring.

### Compare evidence on the same terms

For each option, read the maker's page for what it screens, where applications land and what it costs, and note the date you read it.

### Use a bounded first job

Run one job with the agent screening and a person reading every rating. Widen what it does only when its ratings match yours.
