**Answer in brief:** Per-application pricing charges for the work done. Count a job's applications, tests and interviews to price it.

## Conecto prices

Reading is free. Each application received costs $0.50, each completed skills test $0.25, each hire $0.25, an interview invitation $0.05, and emails and test links $0.02.[1]

## A worked job

A job with 40 applications, 40 screenings, 6 skills tests sent and completed, 4 interview invitations, 40 emails and one hire comes to about $23.30, posting the job included. This is an illustration, not a quote.

## Approvals before anything goes out

Conecto's approval rules make a chosen tool wait for a person, on every call or over a limit.[2]
